INTERNATIONAL (non-USA) SHIPPING

Our wonderful International buyers who can read English, please READ THIS SECTION BEFORE ORDERING/PURCHASING.

Martecci's Fine Fragrances is based in the USA and all our customer service via email is currently in United States English only.

AS MUCH AS WE WOULD LOVE TO PLEASE YOU AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, WE DO NOT DELIVER FRAGRANCE ITEMS TO FRANCE, FRENCH GUIANA, FRENCH POLYNESIA, GERMANY, IRAN, IRAQ, ITALY,  NORTH KOREA, PAKISTAN, OR VENEZUELA. THIS IS LARGELY DUE TO RESTRICTIONS/CUSTOMS REGULATIONS ON PERFUME IMPORTS.

GERMAN BUYERS: In Übereinstimmung mit dem deutschen Gesetz werden wir keine unserer einzelteile nach Deutschland versenden.

Still, IF YOU RESIDE IN one of the above mentioned areas and you desire to order one of our lovely perfumes, you may want to find a friend or a relative that lives in an area that we do ship to and have them receive and keep it for you until you can pick it up.  IF YOU CAN DO THIS AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM AND US, EMAIL US WITH THE DETAILS, AND WE WILL TRY AND ACCOMODATE YOUR REQUEST.

That said, we will ship OUTSIDE THE USA to the areas listed on the dropdown list located in the shopping cart checkout area. 

In the event that shipping our products to any of those countries becomes restricted, or otherwise unfeasible, we will take responsible and/or timely action as necessary. 

IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR COUNTRY'S NAME ON THE DROPDOWN LIST, we still may be able to ship to you, but the only way for you to know for sure is if you email us and give us your shipping address.

Please be advised, that ever since "9/11" of 2001, international shipments may subject to inspection at random which can delay delivery. We have no control over this. If shipment is not received within specified time, chances are this is the case. Please be patient. The usual delay time when this does occur is about an extra 2-4 weeks. Remember - this is for everyone's safety so be thankful and patient. If item/product is not received with 60 days though, please let us know, some international shipments can be tracked.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE, IF YOUR PERFUME SHIPMENT MUST GO VIA AIR TO GET TO YOU, THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE. YOU CAN ONLY ORDER 1 FRAGRANCE ITEM AND IT MUST NOT BE MORE THAN ROUGHLY 3.4 OUNCES. CONTACT MARTECCI'S VIA EMAIL WITH YOUR DETAILED ADDRESS INFORMATION AND WE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU WITH A QUOTE.
 
IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE VIA ANY ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICE, OR USE OUR ONLINE SHOPPING CART, BECAUSE IF YOU DO PURCHASE VIA ANY ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICE, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED LESS A MINIMUM $5.00 USD PROCESSING FEE.

However, if your country is mentioned, and you do order, then you should be aware that, for security and various other reasons, all orders that ship outside the United States are final UPON CLEARED PAYMENT and therefore not eligible for return or refund.

Finally, if you country imposes extra taxes, tariffs, fees, surcharges and/or the like on your order, you are responsible to cover those costs in conjunction with receiving/ picking up your order. The final price you remitted to us does not cover these.
