PAYMENT PLANS

Several of our wonderful customers have suggested that we offer some kind of payment plan because they desired to purchased some of our high-end products, or had some gifts in mind for weddings or anniversaries.

After discussing several options, we now have several plans that we feel are flexible enough to assist you in getting what you really want a little easier. These are:

a 30 day option,

a 60 day option, and

a 90 day option.

And these are the details you need to review, consider, and agree to in order to participate in this wonderful and convenient opportunity:

  1. 10 % down payment required. 0% interest!!!
  2. Pay when you want during the payment period you select.
  3. You must issue your payments via PayPal's "Send Money" venue under GOODS; this is the only option available. When sending the payment, you must place the Payment Plan Code (which we will supply) in the relevant text box each time a payment is made.
  4. Indicate if your payment is the First Payment, Next to Last Payment, or Last Payment. We will double check our records and respond accordingly. Where using PayPal's service is not possible, or if the item does not fall under their AUP guidelines, other alternatives will be proposed.
  5. We will email you only after your first payment, next to last payment, and last payment. However we reserve the right to contact you anytime during the payment plan period with reference to any issue that may be relevant. We will not likely send you any other confirmations or reminders. However, we will email you only on two separate days if your account goes into default.
  6. Please just pay off your account within the payment plan period so everything will go smoothly as possible, and everyone will be happy.
  7. Failure to pay by the last day (midnight Central Standard Time) of the payment plan you selected, will, without exception, cause your account to go into default, and you will incur a $5 per day late fee against any money paid up to the total of the amount paid in at that time. For clarification, the payment can not merely be sent on the last day, it must be received.
  8. Should your account go into default, the only way you can obtain your item is to remit the remainder due. You must email us to find out what that amount is after the late fees are considered.
  9. To keep our record keeping simple, and costs to a minimum, we cannot accept bank transfers for any of our payment plans, and we will not issue invoices for a payment plan unless their is some kind of issue where we would need to.
  10. Certain other terms, and conditions may apply.

If you desire to have a payment plan, email us from our Contact Us page or via an email to martecci@cox.net and indicate:

  1.  which of the three plans you want. (Mention only one plan).
  2.  the exact product(s) you desire.
  3.  a prospectus of when you plan on making payments.
  4.  any questions you may have.

PAYMENT METHODS/MAKING PAYMENT

You can use use the following payment mediums for your order.

Where we have a online shopping cart to process your order, feel free to use your Debit or Credit card, or e-check, if available. 

If you desire to pay using a different online payment processor than the one used in the design of our online shopping cart, please contact us and let us know which payment processor you are more comfortable using and we will get back with all relevant information.

That said, where we do not currently have a shopping cart set up for an item, you can generally use PayPal.com or AlertPay.com to send us the remittance after contacting us with your specific request on how to order the item you desire.  When contacting us, please be specific as to product name size, and concentration. Please also specify your address. We will get back with you with regard to product order numbers, pricing, and s&h info and instructions on how to proceed.

Debit OR Check Cards/ Credit Cards/ E-CHECK In lieu of sending a check, keep in mind you may use your VISA or MASTERCARD CHECK CARD OR DEBIT CARD TO TAKE THE FUNDS DIRECTLY OUT OF YOUR BANK CHECKING ACCOUNT and you do not have to use a credit card unless you desire to. For that and other reasons, we do not take personal checks.
