If you order item qualifies (read on) and you desire for us to extend to you this courtesy, you should email us and specify the personalized brief message for your fragrance box packaging, or other item.

If your fragracne order item is over $100USD, our personalization services will be included for "FREE" (at no extra charge), or if the order is under $100, the box personalization service must be paid for and you would have to email us with details and ask for a quote.  We generally will not mention this service if you have already ordered, even if the order is above $100; therefore, it is up to the pruchaser to contact us in conjunction with placing the order.

If you you opt for this service, whether or not it is free, if after the order arrives and the message is not the same as what you said you wanted, and providing you met the word limit and word usage requirements the alteration may be due to a violation of the word usage requirement mentioned below. That said, if there is a legitamate issue, please email us and we will seek to resolve any issues.

Whatever the case may be, the exact words, commas, and grammar you provide us will be used as yu specify for the box message. Please meet the word limit and usage requirements.

Word Limits & Word Usage Requirements: Word limits will be discussed at time of check out. Word usage requirements: unlawful, untruthful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable. Certain other terms and conditions apply. Messages should be in correctly spelled English. If we feel we have a problem, we will email you in order to resolve the issue before we send your order out.
