payment Issues
By purchasing the item(s) using an online payment processor to
send us the remittance, or by paying an invoice that we send you,
you state you are a responsible adult of legal age and agree to the
sale and delivery terms and description definitions stated and tied
to this sale and understand and agree to our terms and conditions,
and policies.
If at anytime you experience a problem at check out, you should
notify us.
Once an online invoice is sent to you, the payment for your purchase
must be received within 7 days, unless you have contacted me and, if
applicable, advised me that you are mailing in an accepted form of
remittance with the required info.
If you need more time than 7 days to pay via the invoice, let us
know before we actually send the first invoice requesting your
payment. As a courtesy, we may send reminders within this 7 day
period.
"What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?"
If payment is not
received within 7 days we will send you one more reminder. If the
item/product is still available for purchase, we will gladly reopen
your checkout/or send you a reminder invoice. (Martecci made
fragrance items are fresh made upon cleared remittance, so
availability for purchase will not usually be an issue).
FRAGRANCE CUSTOMERS, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS:
Once your remittance clears, in most situations, it goes into Work in Process on the same or next business day, except US national holidays, and black out periods. Once your Martecci fragrance item/product is prepared, it will be given 1 or 3 days to cure and be tested before it is shipped. The only time we can't ship an order to schedule is if during the final inspection, prior to shipping, it is found damaged. Your fragrance item/product will arrive "FRESHER THAN FRESH," safe, and ready to use, and it is generally advised that our fresh made "perfume" or "cologne" items should be shaken for about a minute before usage.
