ABOUT MARTECCI'S
Martecci's private studio and facility is located in the heart of the United States in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The chief perfumer, or "fragrance artisan," at Martecci’s Fine Fragrances is Mr. Lance Snider.
Mr. Snider has created his own line of perfumes and colognes, called Martecci Originals, and these are truly something special and unique in the fragrance world. If you have never tried one of these, you are truly missing out on some of the finer things in life.
He has also created many signature fragrances and custom perfume for many individuals who want to express their unique self.
He has also has created premium grade versions of a large cross section other designer brand perfumes and colognes. These are called Martecci Versions, and are sure to delight your senses and save you money!!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Normal online Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm CST. At certain peak seasons, and other periods at our discretion, we may extend our hours.
All customer service communications are currently handled from us in United States English. All inquiries, requests, and other forms of communication to us must be made in United States English as well.
If you have questions or concerns, please use our Contact Us page or email us at martecci@cox.net and include the product number on the back of the box packaging on the email SUBJECT to get faster support. We will usually respond the same day or within 1 to 2 business days.
During power outages that may occur in our area, we will likely only be able to contact you via a remote location and may not be able offer you the information or assistance you desire until we get our power restored.
Each item offered and transaction made is conducted under the laws of the State of Oklahoma in the United States of America.
BLACKOUT PERIODS

Currently our online service black out dates are all United States National Holidays. generally, any orders made a day before, on or after a US holiday will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the holiday.
If you have had us design a perfume from you in the past, you can of course, order it from us any time you desire. however, unless otherwise stated, we will not be able to take on any new work for any Custom Designed Fragrance client from mid November to the end of December. We're just extremely busy during this period of time and feel we need to do this in order to service your needs effectively. Designing perfume can take a lot of care and attention and we feel you deserve that.
